Membership Renewal

New for 2011 - CCSQA Chapter Membership Renewal is now available online through the SQA website. Online transactions are safe and secure. If paying by credit card, the CCSQA membership fee is $21.00 (USD) for 1 Jan - 31 Dec 2011. All credit card transactions are collected in US Dollars. If using a Canadian credit card, your card will be charged the Canadian dollar equivalent at the time of the charge.

1. Go to the SQA Account Management Website at http://www.sqa.org/pv.
2. Select the Pay for dues and subscriptions link under the Welcome Menu.
3. Login to access your account. (All SQA and Chapter members have accounts on the website.) If you forgot your username or password, click here to request a reminder.
4. Your membership dues will appear on the Billing screen. Review your dues products and click “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the screen.
5. Follow the steps through the shopping cart to enter your payment information and complete your purchase.
6. Review your contact information and make necessary changes through the My Account area of the website.

Credit card payments are accepted online. If you would like to pay by check, please complete the “hard copy renewal form” and submit your payment to CCSQA. 2011 membership dues paid by check are $20.00 (CAD) for the year.

What do you get for your $20 annual membership?

CCSQA/FCSQA membership will provide you with the opportunity to interact with Canadian quality assurance professionals from different backgrounds; such as, government, academia, and industry. Our membership directory is published annually.

Our chapter has been working for Canadian QA professionals since 2001 to provide a link to the resources of the Society of Quality Assurance.

Each year of CCSQA/FCSQA membership provides you with 1 unit for RQAP re-registration.  

The CCSQA/FCSQA regularly publishes newsletters to help you keep up-to-date in the fast-evolving world of regulated research.

The CCSQA/FCSQA hosts an annual membership/training meeting in October or November where QA professionals meet to discuss issues and expand our knowledge into areas of regulated research some of us may not otherwise have an opportunity to be exposed.

Members will also receive rebates on registration fees for conferences and advertising rates.

Members-only Area

CCSQA/FCSQA members have access to the Chapter's group application on the SQA website through the logon link at left. The group app offers interactive forums, announcements, wikis, a calendar, and documents -- including a directory of members. Members also have the option to subscribe to e-mail notifications of updates that are made in the group app.
